    Lovely!

    Very thoroughly detailed and delightfully 70s. I got a lot of ideas for my 1970s home that I want to keep true to the time. But even the more dated decor and styles are fun to look at. I find myself always flipping through this coffee table book!

    Damaged

    The book was damaged when I got it. The thin paper it was wrapped in was not enough protection to keep this large, hardback book safe. The corner was smashed and the dust jacket was ripped. It also took 2.5 weeks to ship.

    house book

    I like the 70s decor, really takes me back to my childhood. Some of the interiors are a bit too outdated but the book actually has some smart tips and some really fantastic and inspiring houses. There's a lot of mid century and modern furniture in it that is still totally relevant

    This is one of the ultimate must-have books for any one interested in interior design. The concepts from 1974 translate seamlessly into 2008 ecclecticism. Add this to your library and consult it any time you need a dose of fabulous! Shag carpeting, back with a vengance.
