Fraudulent listing had photos that are completely different from the item received. Seller claimed he is using 20 year old photos. When I asked him to prove to me that I received the correct item and am not being ripped off, he told me to go F myself.

Thank God it’s over, thank you for finally leaving us alone & taking our advice to leave negative feedback. This flaming lunatic messaged us no fewer than 12 times regarding this item. We politely answered each message until he became belligerent; we excel in belligerence & told him where to go. The 20 year old photo accurately represents the item.The problem is his brain and failure to comprehend. Just plain ignorant. We’ve sold almost 300 of this item without any complaints. Huge moron!

The picture clearly shows brown cue tips. These just arrived and they are black. Seller told me these are "medium hard" but to the touch they feel like rocks. They may be just fine and I won't know until I get it installed on my cue. They do not look like the Buffalo tips I have purchased in the past.
