I should have read previous reviews on the product but immediately had the same issue that’s others are speaking about with the pump not working properly. Seller claims that it needs to be stored upright at all times, but we have used this product for multiple years and the pump always worked regardless of wether it was standing or not. Product is also watery and lighter in color than previous. They are clearly not interested in refunding so I will at least review for others.
