I have a Pit bull terrier that started showing signs of ACL knee pain and we bought this brace. It was confusing to put on the first time but it does get easier and it has helped him termendously. We have him wear it on long walks or other stanious activities and he never comes home sore when he wears this out. It is a great design and very sturdy, Size chart is true to size.
