I returned this item as the original tech spec stated that it was 8 GB of Ram and 512 GB of SSD storage I contacted and they told me to return it. However I originally did just want a partial refund . They do not offer partial refund nor do they did offer to upgrade parts themselves to make up, they only offered full refund which is fine. I also inquiried if they were going to inform other buyers of their mistake and they kept ignoring so I kept repeating until they said they would.
