The included Instructions are poor, as expected, but if you've built one of these before it's pretty easy to put together. Canvas seems a bit light so we'll see how it holds up long-term, but it shrugged off a windstorm easily enough. As is the case with all of these tent garages, you'll want longer anchors if you live in a wind-prone area, and I always add a couple extra at the midpoint on the tents.
Customer service, however, is excellent. Responsive and very helpful.

Good value for the money. However, although the instructions were adequate, they were incomplete. Very difficult to determine which tubes and how they are used for the lower sides (diagram doesn't show very well). Also, there are two different kinds of screws - a carriage head and a phillips. They are exactly the same length (in spite of the instructions showing otherwise) and they are all IN THE SAME BAG. Thereby causing me to initially think I only got one of the two kinds.
