The item was as described and the correct item, but it was poorly packaged and the item box arrived completely crushed inside only a polybag mailer with no other wrapping. However the seller is very cooperative in resolving the issue - thank you. Great customer service but seller could improve by correctly assessing how items should be shipped and packing them accordingly.
