I love plant based am mostly vegetarian
It's good quality and value formula for budget have used it for years and love it! I'm mature with no hormone replacement ever and my ovaries dried up and I eat soy and use soy and isoflavones silk soy milk plant based diet skincare helps. I mix it in with my other lotions and creams sometimes too.
