this outfit is terrible to deal with. light in their ad about the item. had to go round and around with them to get a refund. item not as described. said heavy duty carport that was a lie. said it has two inch framing that was a lie. it has 3/4 to 1 inch framing. finally got a refund out of them and I'm stuck with this flimsy piece of junk carport. buyer beware

This company is incredible. The darn shipping company delivered the package during a rainstorm that heavily soaked the wood, and they refunded me in full. The bench looks even better in person than in the picture, so we will be recycling it to use in our garage instead of inside at least until the damage takes it’s toll and it starts rotting. Overall extremely satisfied!!
