Item was as described. and well packaged. It arrived in two boxes. Assemble was easy yet I recommend consider altering the assemble order for the arm rest units. Putting the side panels on the seat unit will give it more support when attaching to the backrests. I had no seller communication so that is the sole reason for the 3 stars - meaning nothing negative or positive.
