When I opened the package to inspect the contents I was very impressed with the high quality packaging and instructions. It only got better. Did not use the on-line video but didn't have any problems. This was my first time to use such a product. However, my son-in-law has installed a number of wall-mounted flat screens and had never seen another product that came close to comparison. The parts kit is great.
