The item was listed "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging" Unfortunately when I received it a major attachment was missing. I contacted the seller who apologized and said that a new attachment would be sent to me right away. I never received the piece and the seller did not respond to all of the messages I sent after that. I eventually had to get eBay involved to return the item and be refunded the purchase price. This was a terrible experience.
