DVD was new, and packaged very well. Good communication with Seller, as I was concerned that shipping label was printed but dvd not actually shipped until over a week later. Seller is located in Korea, and items are shipped from US, so I believe there may be a problem getting warehouse to ship on time. I DO recommend this Seller, just be patient on the shipping. This Seller deals well with rare dvd's so worth the wait. A++++++++++++++++++
