Ok took me 2 hours to put it together. It set up inside my original bed frame so I still have a head and foot board. Seems to work ok. The frame seems sturdy. Some of the parts are kinda cheap but it's a cheap frame. The worst part was Fed Ex. They goofed me around about when it would be delivered. Then it appeared the driver kicked the box out of the back of the truck and left it in my driveway.
