Item arrived timely but bleach powder was all over the box and products. My biggest fear would be that the product had been replaced with a cheaper product. I do not know what happened. Google showed no problem with the product popping open during shipping. This company has terrible customer service. No response and I even sent pictures of the mess. All i really wanted from them was reassurance as to what may have happened.

    Go with the Brand that Pros Use.

    This is an amazing bleach/developer. I have level 7 hair and I only have to leave it on for about 30 minutes (compared to 60 using the Salon Care brand I bought at Sally’s) and it lifts to a pale yellow. I tone it with purple shampoo. I’m sad I didn’t start using this brand sooner.

    Where’ve you been my whole life?!

    This bleach is awesome! I had orangey tones and with one pass this bleach got my hair to a really white color. Will totally buy more once I run out.
