Dishonest seller. Beware. We agreed on a price using the "make an offer button". I paid for the item and the seller created a shipping label. The seller then canceled the order reporting to ebay that it was "out of stock or damaged". Within the hour, they relisted the item at a higher price (which is a violation of ebay policy).

Child's jacket has a name written on tag inside jacket that wasn't in description or photos. Sale was canceled and full refund was issued to prevent receiving a damaged item claim. Item is relisted with updated photos, description and at a very low market price.

The seller relisted the item at a HIGHER price than the price they sold it to me. They never contacted me to let me know that there was an issue and ask if I wished to continue with the sale. They initially reported that the item was "out of stock or damaged" - then changed their reason after eBay stepped in. It's seems most likely that they had second thoughts about the price agreed on, felt they could sell it for more, so they canceled the sale and relisted it for a higher price. Dishonest.
