I ordered a pair of Avia diabetic shoes for $35 on Sept 13. I was given a Sept 19 to Sept 23 delivery date. On the afternoon of Sept 14 I received the shoes delivered by Walmart. Upon opening the package I found the shoes as ordered. Attached to the shoes was a price tag of $24.97 or $8 less than I paid Ebay for them. This is Walmart's regular price. I contacted the seller and just asked him to rebate the $8 to my PayPal account and I would forget his actions and keep the product.He declinedt
