I needed a second remote for another room. This company offered the best price. The remote arrived a week prior. I placed 2 AAA battery into it, and it worked without any issues. Now, I don't have to walk around the house with one remote for 2 televisions, and wondering where I placed it. I am so glad, that now, we can purchase a remote online, at a reasonable price. Insignia Remote Control 32 Inch Flat Screen
It worked great! The only thing I noticed is that the battery well on the back has a black plastic cover that does not snap securely....just barely. And even the cover does stay on, the slightest bump may just release it. Just put some clear tape and it's just as good. They made they loose as a goose? And don't loose the little cover because that little widget HOLDS the batteries, so it is important to tape it and keep it together with the device itself. Good luck!It worked great! Remote works wonderfully!!
My apologies. I thought I submitted this review questionnaire when I first received it. Here it is. It works great! Our other remote was getting really finicky to use to the point of becoming very frustrating with each click made. I changed the batteries to no avail. I finally had enough so I ordered a replacement remote. I found one right away and it even arrived days before I thought it would be here. That was great! To be able to change channels, especially lower or raise the volume, was glorious! Aaaaaahhhh! Music to ears. :)My apologies. I thought I submitted this review questionnaire when I first received it. Good Product but Delay In Response
While being well designed and easy to use, there is a definite delay in the television's response to the remote control commands. Often, I need to press a button 2 or 3 times. I rated this product as 4 stars because it does work and I was grateful to find a remote at all for this 2012 television.
