Best multi vitamin out there. Period...
I've tried my share of multi vitamins. Some of them include Centrum (rookie days), NOW, Orange Triad, and Animal. In my opinion, Opti Men has taken the crown. Dosage is simple with three a day spread out with meals. The ingredient profile is great where others are lacking. And the value is amazing.

Great value much needed product thanks!
Farm land is depleted of the nutrients we need. Fertilized with only 3 (triple 13, triple 15 ect.) Nutrients. This is loaded! Right away I noticed my finger nails started growing 3 times faster. Overall health is greatly improved. I keep a back up supply at all times.

I have been off and on this vitamin for 10 years. Good vitamin. Healed some joint pain. Also, my heart does not hurt me anymore now that I am back on it. I don’t know the science of it but it is a good blend of nutrients. I feel a little better overall when I take this vitamin.
