    An Oldie But A Goodie!

    We just started buying rental property last year. I bought the book "How To Buy And Manage Rental Properties" hoping to avoid making too many mistakes along the way. The book is very good, but a little outdated. You just have to keep in mind that the book is twenty years old. The principles however, are the same now as they were in 1988. I would still recommend reading it.
