    Can't wait to get back into her kitchen.

    The book was a gift for a diabetic. She loss all of her cookbooks during Hurricane Katrina. She loves to collect cookbooks and try different recipes. I bought this book and several others for her birthday. I'm sure she'll enjoy it once she gets back into her home and can try some of the recipes. She looked through the book and liked what she saw. Right now she's still in a FEMA trailer, unfortunately her cooking space is very limited.
