The seller was beyond rude and argumentative. No professionalism or acknowledgement of the fact that they sold an item not as described. Had to hear about how he was going to report me for wanting to return an item. They listed an item as having only a single issue with the unit, and when it arrived it had at least 3-4 other substantial problems and they said it wasn't their problem. I would not personally buy from them again, as they refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake.

Thanks for the feedback & would ask you to post screenshots to back up the comments you've made. When you started a return request vs contacting us directly, we replied with: "Hi, sorry you're not satisfied with the item. However the item was listed in non working condition and for be parts only... Once we replaced the battery and noticed the defective L button, we sold it as is and don't do any additional testing..." We're wondering where we threatened you or said we were reporting you.
