I have had previous Dyson products and absolutely love them but I do have to say I am a disappointed in that on the high speed the charge doesn’t last long at all and it will go dead. Outside of that the vacuum I received was in excellent condition for a refurbished one very clean & well packaged but it did take a little longer than expected for order to be processed & delivered.

Got the Animal. Shipping was a little slow. Overall product (V10 Animal) appears new or if used...very barely used. I could not tell if it was used...because if it was used then it must have been used for very short period of time and then cleaned/restored to like new condition. So far I had my cleaning laddie use it 1 time and she said it works like it should. So that's it for now. Time will tell. Overall happy so therefore leaving positive feedback. I was not paid to leave this review.

I am totally impressed!!!!! My Dyson came today. I absolutely love it!!!!! There was constant communication updates from the seller regarding the delivery day. The vacuum came packaged perfectly with everything that I needed included. It is so clean and for a vacuum really pretty. I assembled all the parts and plugged it in and it works beautifully. I am so happy!!!!! For the price of this refurbished Dyson, the warranty, the communication, I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!
