The wrong bike was pictured on the web page. So when it arrived, it wasn't the bike that was pictured. I had to return it and it was a hassle. The seller did respond promptly and did work out a return pick but it still cost me time and frustration. I think they have fixed the web page but truthfully I wasn't able to get eBay engaged to help with this situation so I'm frustrated with eBay that they don't enable some direct communication with them.
