Item is complete and 100% as described. Shipping was reasonable and item packaged well and arrived 100% intact though-out the shipping process. My 3 star rating for shipping charges in no way reflects upon the seller (who I would purchase from again) but the involuntary expense involved. I was not involved with communicating with the seller so that also explains my 3 star for communication. It did not apply. I am sure the seller would communicate if it were necessary.

The seller was accurate in the description of may be damaged, have pen, highlight marks, dog eared pages, crinkled here and there. The book was bought for educational purposes and as such will suffice as the content is what was sought, not nessasarly the tattered cover. Book was put in bag and sent 3000 miles so it is difficult to say the shape it was in when it left. Will buy from seller again!! Tracking was incorrect but has NOTHING to do with seller. Helping a charity is helping a community.☺

    Rebuilding Character in your Bungalow

    I bought this book as a reference guide to period styles of the Bungalow. It has many wonderful color photos in which one can get ideas for building or remodeling their bungalow style home. It reviews a little bit of everything from each style of bungalow home and allows the reader to see first hand what other people have done to their homes to bring them up to date. I highly recommend this book.

    Great Bungalow-Owner's Book

    I purchased a mission-style bungalow in January 2006 and stumbled across this book a few weeks later. It has been a great resource in learning about the style of my home. It has bee very valuable in helping me make paint, decor and remodeling choices that are consistent with the period style.
