    Have done this diet in the past and absolutely love it! I lost23 pounds the 1st 17 days and 40 by the end of the 3 cycles. Very good recipes and plenty of food. Written very well byDr. Moreno as he thoroughly explains exactly how this diet works in terms that a very easy to understand and interpret . Also just purchased the 17 day diet BREAKTHROUGH EDITION and looking foward to following it this time around as there many more recipes in this edition which gives you many more delicious choices.     This title was helpful in finding healthy foods to eat. Doing the diet in 17 day windows with 3 different cycles, with breaks between each cycle. It may motivate a body to stick to a more balanced healthy diet long term. I was not a fan of the warm lemon water in the mornings, ended up drinking more water, which is a good thing. Eating more fruits and veggies, especially in the warm summer weather has been easy to follow.
