I must have misunderstood the use of the phrases "returned items" and "cosmetic issues". It usually means a returned product with a few scratches or dents in an opened box; i didn't think it meant worn out, heavily-used items with bent, broken and missing parts and ripped instructions and box. I am not happy at all with my purchase and would like to return it. I contacted the seller and haven't heard back in 3 business days, hence my negative review.
