I purchased 3 polishes.Two were fine,but one dried lumpy.I immediately reached out to seller and 11 hours later,after my second message I received a reply stating that the polish was 3D and basically that is the way it is suppose to dry.There are absolutely no 3D effects w/ this nail polish,just a lumpy mess on every nail.The CS is poor & I would not purchase from this seller again.
