The item was double wrapped in bubble wrap etc. The item arrived brand new and factory sealed just as described in the listing. Pictures in the posting didn't accurately reflect the condition in real life. See images of the item I received. This item is in fair condition but with multiple noticeable scratches in the paint color. The seller did contact me about a scratch on the back but failed to mention others. The seller also shipped the item before I could respond with a request for a refund. I asked for and did receive a price adjustment based on the condition. Won't be able to give this as a gift due to its condition
