I ordered a Queen size mattress, I received a Twin. I can return but I'M having difficulty getting it back in the Box and I have to return to Hong Kong and go and get a label? This is beyond frustrating. I did the Chat with an assistant and asked if i could be compensated another way. No Luck I guess.
