Arrived broken, basically it burnt out the fuse in the cord, the unit itself. Got a new unit and it worked with a new fuse on the same cord, and this one killed the fuse on the new cord. Seller gave a full refund without hesitation before I even found the exact issue. the issues were NOT the sellers fault, just unlucky.
