The item was shipped promptly and packaged well. Unfortunately the shipping company didn’t do their part in taking care of a package that was clearly marked glass and the item came broken. The seller was quick to respond and issued a refund even though it wasn’t their fault and without knowing if the claim would be approved against the shipping company. I would recommend ordering from them due to their awesome customer service!!!! 5 stars for the seller!
