The customer servcie response is quick. However, the product quality is low. The beams are connected using two parts. The connection kit is not strong enough, so the beam is sagging in the middle after assembled because of its weight. The aluminum frame is thin, fragile and bent easily. I don't think this cabana will last longer. The high winds may tear it off easily especially when the curtain is closed.

Cool windmill from a great seller. The quality was so much better then I had expected for the price. So much so that I'm thinking about buying another, from this seller, for the back yard. Item was exactly as described and packaged very well for shipping. I'm 80% done putting together, so we'll see how long it lasts when I get it in the yard.
