These were shipped in a regular envelope - no added protection. They arrived fast. I have them planted as recommended. They have not sprouted so I cannot attest to the germination rate. I am sincerely hoping they were not injured with heavy packages on top of them or harmed with the laser beam post office processing. Am unable to give a "5" due to the packaging.
