The add description color said red not random color. I was sent a purple vacuum not red. I only ordered the vacuum cleaner specifically knowing it was red. The seller never notified me that they were out of the red ones so I could cancel. Then I was insulted with a $15 refund. Important people were coming to my home and I was forced to use it. Giving vacuum cleaner to my daughter and purchasing a red one from Macy's where they guarantee the color.

Please do not lie about this. We offer a courtesy refund for $15 or we told you that we will proceed a return case and issue you a full refund. You did not want to return it and said we insulted you. This is such a dishonest. We have all the proof of messages sent to you.

Seller never actually shipped anything. Gave me bogus tracking info. Cancelled package claiming damage but package continued to show movement, Avoid this seller and don’t be used as a pawn in an insurance scam.

All our package do show movement and returns are different tracking numbers. The package was damaged and we issued you a full refund so we proceed the claim with the courier. You may contact the courier yourself to see if this is an insurance scam or not. We have all the proof here, we don't need to scam anything.
