Am sorry your shipment didn't go well, and I really appreciate the refund. I read the tracing information. You should file a claim with the USPS as the tracking information indicated that they delivered to a "PO Box", which I do not have. I CLEARLY have a street address and that little mail box could never even remotely fit a box the size you must have sent. So their tracking info is probably fictitious.
