This seller is excellent in immediate responding to complaint. My complaint was regarding to the delivery issue. The delivery people confirmed that package or order had been delivered, at 2:14, on Saturday. But they never delivered my mail or package on Saturday. On Sunday, I made a complaint to eBay and seller, the seller immediately took action and refunded my money. However here came Monday delivery guy brought my package and mails. I ask seller how to return the money, she/he let me keep it.
