I found this by accident trying to clean some antique pieces and now I can’t go without it. No polishing or having to rub messy pastes. It is the easiest effortless way to maintain your silver looking brand new. I absolutely love this product. I have had my Tiffany bracelet for over 15 yrs. and wear it all the time. it looks amazing !!

It cleaned the tarnish, but it was a messy job. There is a slotted post that supports the basket in the jar. It seems to me that the slotted post was there to support a handle. There was no handle present. Consequently, it was a messy job to lower the basket and then retrieve it using only the post. I queried the seller about this. They sent me a picture of their jar. It had a slotted post but no handle. I can only assume that they bought numerous defective products and think it's ok because they have a picture of another defective product from the same batch. Maybe they are ignorant. It cleaned the tarnish, but it was a messy job. There is a slotted post that supports the basket in the jar. The BEST for silver jewelry or small objects, works with gold also, NOT pearls or porous gemstones or opals
GREAT product, the best for small silver objects (not large plates) whatever will fit into the container, tarnish will disappear from any object in about 3 seconds, cannot use with delicate materials though like lacquered or dyed polished opal or pearls or glazed precious stones because it will take the lacquer and dye off. The container says not to use for gold but I have good luck with solid gold also, best to use the gold cleaner they make for that. The fluid does collect dirt over time; one container will work for hundreds of uses over a year's time. WHEN INSTRUCTIONS SAY DIP, IT MEANS DIP. VERY FAST WORKING. I PULLED UP BASKET SO IT WOULDN'T SPLASH, LOWERED BASKET, ALMOST IMMEDIATELY RAISED BASKET AND JEWELRY WAS CLEAN. I WOULD BE CAREFUL ON SOFT STONES. I RINSED JEWELRY IMMEDIATELY. LEAVES A SMELL WHERE CHEMICALS WERE CLEANING BUT GOES AWAY AFTER RINSE. I WAS ACTUALLY SHOCKED AT HOW FAST IT WORKED. USE CAREFULLY BUT I DO RECOMMEND.
