Received item with malfunctioning switch or sensor. Tool powers on but will not turn with flick of wrist. Since waited too long to use item seller would not issue refund. If this was tested before selling an honest seller would not sell. Guess this is why it was so cheap. And the reviews speak for themselves. Buyer beware.

The tool was tested and functioning well prior to shipping. The purchaser had the item for ten days before discovering an issue, we gladly would have accepted the return had it been requested in a reasonable amount of time.
