I cannot believe how fantastic this company was, is. I by mistake ordered a few of these of the same patio sets, when I only wanted one. I sent a msg right away and explained my problem and they took care of it right away.
Now as for packing, I cannot think of a way the chairs could be damaged. It was packed so tight, and fit together. I will certainly buy from them again. Thank you
