Box arrived crushed, item was not wrapped so it was exposed, item description says indoor/outdoor use however they sent an item with a USB plug instead of an actual outlet plug. The booklet says USB plug indoor only. Cannot make sure item works. Reached out to customer service, they asked for pics. Sent pics 4 times, they claim they cannot see them. Waste of time, waste of money. Will never purchase from this seller again. Zero stars.
