I was researching ingredients that are very damaging to the hair that are in shampoos. I decided to the in ingredients in the Redken hair mask costing me $ 4007. It contains ingredients that actually damage hair by robbing moisture. I wanted to contact seller for a refund. I feel its wrong when a seller has, " no refunds". Its wrong! Now I'm out $40. I threw both jars in the trash. I will not buy from Ebay anymore! Sellers should know the products they are selling. Nothing like this stated.

Hello, I am glad to hear that you got the item that was advertised delivered on time. I do apologize that you didn't do your research before buying the item, that is unfortunate maybe you will do it next time. I do have a no-return policy as I don't make a lot of money off the items after eBay fees and shipping i normally get 4-5$ left " not counting the actual cost of the item" but I still work with customers who message me about lost package or damaged in transit with refund or replacement.
