Accurate item description and pics. Great packing job with great care and emphasis on ensuring the item arrived undamaged using minimum packing materials and with conscientious use of recycled materials. Super-fast shipment at reasonable rate and arriving ahead of schedule. Great communication before and after transaction. Highly recommended A+ / 5 Star seller! Definitely one of my new favorite sellers and will purchase from again. Can't say enough praise for this seller. Highly Recommended!!!!!

This sellers "two day" shipping policy is baloney - it took a over five days and repeated emails before this item shipped. I almost thought I would have to request a refund from eBay. That being said, when it did ship, it was nicely packaged and arrived undamaged. I would not buy from this person again because they don't honor their own policies! I can only leave positive feedback because 1) the item DID arrive, and 2) it was as described. The rest wasn't a great experience.

I dislike complaining, but I'm unhappy with this transaction. The deck/book set, described as "like new," was mailed in such a flimsy envelope that it arrived twisted out of shape, to the point where one of the cards was stuck to exposed glue inside. I wrote to the seller about the situation but received no response. I didn't ask for a return because the price wasn't high, but even at this price I expect more care in packaging. (I have ordered other items from this seller that arrived intact.)

Southern Furniture 1680-1830 by Ronald L. Hurst, by Colonial Williamsburg Foundation through the Museum of Early Southern Decorative Arts (MESDA), the research arm of Old Salem Ins., Winston-Salem, NC is a 3 volume set of excellent research of Southern antiques. Volume one deals with Colonial Furniture, Volume two with Neo-Classical Furniture, and Volume three the Cabinetmakers. This three volume set is tatamount to MESDA new multi-volumed set of the Furniture of Charleston. For countless years the major focus of American antiquity has rested in the NE and the Mid-Atlantic areas (although Hurst's study does encompass VA and the Eastern Shore of Maryland into his books on Southern Furniture of Colonial Furniture. • Southern Furniture 1680-1830 - A book not to be without

I loaned this book to a friend who hasn't returned it and so I find it important enough to buy another at 70.00 that says something! Its a book that no collector or simply interested party should be without. In saying that you should realize I collect antique furnature and do some dealing in the same. The one thing I dont like about this book is the examples pictured they are not in original condition they have been restored. In soe cases extremely to the point of being refiished. I wuld have preferd the examples to still be original. But you cant expect that pieces of that age would be like new. Martin Bilyeu
