Seller ran ad for a 1500W unit. They send a 1000W unit. When I complain that the unit will not meet my needs, they tell me: "Sorry it's not what you expect". They "didn't have the 1500W unit in stock". They ask me to just keep the 1000W unit and they will return $5.00 to me. I demand full refund. They ask me to keep the 1000W unit and they will return half of the price. I demand full return. They tell me they'll return half and when they receive it, they'll return the rest. I refuse. WATCH OUT.
