My new mattress was delivered a day early and packaged very well. The directions for unpacking the mattress were easy to understand. They even included an envelope opener so you could safely cut the plastic that compressed the mattress for shipping without damaging it. From start to finish, they kept me up to date and even emailed me to confirm everything before they shipped.This was a stellar experience and a superb value for the money.
