I got the laptop, it does come on, but the Aptio utility page is locked. I went online to see how to close it out. Tried multiple configurations of the security boot commands and the boot commands. I email SGIN and they are helping. They sent 2 links to access Microsoft stuff. That could work, but I cannot get to the Windows main page or to the internet page to copy and paste the link. I asked if they cover the shipping back to the seller.

The seller totally ignored the offer, they made no written response. I then purchased an item at their listed price. After I received it, while I was testing it and trying to decide what feedback I might leave, the seller sent me a message, NAGGING ME for 5 star feedback. I find that to be very annoying and have left them negative feedback as a result.
