Item listed as New (New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging...) Item arrived in a plain box with a sticker stating "Refurbished." Requested return, no reply, just a return label with seller's address as the sender, and a different address for the return delivery. Had to escalate to eBay to get refund. Avoid this seller. This listing was certainly was misleading and deceptive under the Consumer Protection Act in my state.
