Honestly for that price, that's as good a case as you can get while being new. Build quality could be a bit better, esp around the hooks for the "backpack" straps but hey, you get what you paid for

Item was missing the hardware to put the loft bed together so contacted the seller and let them know fedex delivered it damaged. In my opinion it looked like someone ripped it to get the hardware. Seller said they would look into it and I haven't gotten any response, also was supposed to be delivered from New Jersey and instead was delivered from California which took four days longer. Definitely would not recommend seller. It cost me $70 dollars just to get hardware, so my son would have a bed.

I ordered a front and back set from the same company, but they had to be delivered by different carriers because of the weight and size of the boxes.
