The item was exactly as described. The box was slightly damaged upon arrival, but that's no fault of the seller. The cart seems like it'll be great, but I haven't actually used it yet, just put together. Seems sturdy, so fingers crossed. No tracking was sent, but it arrived fairly quickly. Overall, I'm happy, just wish the seller was a little more communicative as it took me contacting them to hear back regarding shipping. I would purchase from them again though. Item was bought, paid for, and marked shipped ! Then received an message stating they are sorry but out of stock. Not sure why it was marked shipped if they didn’t ship! Waiting for a resolve of similar item at similar price. No refund given yet of original item, if item arrives will update this, otherwise seems like fraud. Sell an item you don’t have, ok, mistakes happen, then ship an item you don’t have, that’s now cross a line of fraud. Beware…

But was very disappointed once I opened the package to find out I got a stripped down product with all the items that were supposed to be in it missing. And wanted to return it but could find a shipping address for the seller. But had eBay to step in and kept back and forth with seller customer service and got most of my money back, but ended up paying more to get what was missing, than what the cost was for item
