We purchased a 2 bedroom at the Sheraton Vistana Resort and by the time they contacted the resort, the 2 bedroom was already gone. ilovetravel kindly offered to get us a 1 bedroom but that wasn't big enough for our family so we had to decline. We were immediately refunded our money and they communicated back and forth with us until they knew we received the money back into our account. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH ILOVETRAVEL!!!
